The one rule underneath everything
Treat the person on the other side like a person. They tapped the same button you did, looking for a real conversation. Everything below is this rule spelled out for the situations where people tend to forget it.
Adults only, consent first
Every user must be 18 or older — no exceptions, and suspected minors are removed on sight. Inside a match, consent runs the whole show: a no means no, silence is not a yes, and anyone can end any match at any second for any reason. If someone hops away from you, that is the end of it — do not try to find them again.
What is not allowed, ever
The following end matches and, for the severe ones, end accounts:
- Anything involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to the authorities.
- Hate speech, threats, harassment, or singling someone out for who they are.
- Recording, screenshotting or re-streaming another user without their clear agreement.
- Exposing yourself or sexual content the other person did not ask for.
- Scams, spam, advertising, or steering matches toward other platforms for money.
- Impersonating another person, or pretending to be a moderator or staff.
- Illegal activity of any kind — if it is a crime offline, it is a crime here.
Your three controls on every match
Skip hops you onward — use it as often as you like, no reason required. Block guarantees that user never lands in your queue again. Report sends the match to human moderators for review. Reporting is anonymous and costs you nothing; if something felt wrong, say so and let us look.
What happens when someone crosses the line
Reports are reviewed by people, not just filters. A first minor violation usually earns a warning or a short suspension. Repeated violations, or a single severe one — anything involving minors, threats, or illegal content — means a permanent ban and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities. We would rather lose a bad user fast than a good community slowly.
Keeping yourself comfortable
Stay anonymous — no real name, no address, no workplace, no social handles until trust is earned. Move slowly with anyone who pushes for money, gifts or off-platform contact; that pressure is the oldest scam on the internet. And remember the hop is always there: the moment a match stops feeling right, one tap ends it and nobody can follow you to the next one.
